I have chosen the word "Glow" for our challenge. A definition of glow..."a steady radiance of light or heat". Synonyms are "radiance, luminosity, shine, gleam and glimmer".
Your medium to depict your interpretation can be in any part, journal page...drawing, or painting. You can post your image using the link provided or leave a link in the comments.
Below is my interpretation of the word "Glow"

I did it again!

Sorry peeps, as you might have noticed, I forgot my turn, again. Tiffany even reminded me a day later, so I kind of forgot it twice.

I am on vacation in Finland, that is my excuse. So I suggest that we have an open challenge once more, I know, I have had them before. But they are nice from time to time? I hope so, cause that is all you get!

PS. One more problem...I am not on my own computer and I can´t find the id and password to link tool, so if you want to participate to the open challenge, let´s do this the old school way, so please add link to your creation on comments. Thank you for your understanding and patience. Hopefully next week here is a fresh new challenge in time.

Here on the East Coast of the U.S., we had an exceptionally snowy winter, capped off on St. Patrick's Day (less than a week before official Spring!) by 8 inches of snow. In general the world's weather seems to me to be getting more extreme. We're learning weather terms we'd rather not have to learn: derecho, El Nino, polar vortex. Lives are disrupted and homes destroyed. Not a happy way to add to one's vocabulary.

This week, please incorporate the idea of "weather" in your collages. Your art can be on the serious side, or the lighter side. (I've always wondered if it ever rains any other kind of animal besides cats and dogs.) You can show us the current weather in your part of the world, tell us you idea of perfect weather, or give us a fantasy weather scenario only you can imagine.

Here are some images from Wikimedia Commons that you may use in your art if you wish, or use as inspiration. Please leave your link below, using our link feature, or in the comments section below.

Please stay warm and dry while you create your weather art!
